And finally, the radiator

Radiator is used to reduce the working temperature of semiconductor devices of a heat dissipation device, can avoid due to poor heat dissipation resulting in tube core temperature over the highest junction temperature, so that the socket power supply for overheating protection. The heat dissipation path is from the tube core – a small cooling plate (or shell) a radiator – and finally to the surrounding air.
