(2) When the button is used in high temperature, it is easy to make the plastic deformation and aging, leading to the loosening of the button and the short circuit between the wiring screws. According to the situation, a fastening ring can be added during installation to tighten the use, or insulated plastic pipe can be added to the wiring screw to prevent loosening.
(3) the button with indicator light because the bulb should give off heat, it is easy to change the plastic lampshade when it is long. Therefore, it is not suitable to be used in the place with a long time of electricity; If you want to use, can appropriately reduce the bulb voltage, prolong its service life.
(4) If the contact is found to be bad, the cause should be found out: if there is damage on the contact surface, fine file can be used to repair; If there is dirt or soot on the contact surface, it is advisable to use a clean cotton cloth dipped in solvent to wipe clean; If the contact spring fails, it should be replaced; If the contact is badly burned, the product should be replaced.
(5) It is strictly forbidden to scrub the electric control panel with water to avoid damaging the instrument.
(6) the quality of metal button switch is the assembly process, the management ability of assembly, the quality of employees and quality assurance ability and other factors determine, the quality of products with different guarantee ability must be different, now the market assembly method has manual and machine, because the current automation ability to improve, so each has its own advantages and disadvantages: Machine assembly cost is low but product quality is low, manual assembly cost is high but quality is also high.
(7) When the metal button switch is pressed, the two pairs of contacts operate at the same time, the normally closed contact is disconnected, and the normally open contact is closed.
